Position: Digital Strategy Consultant
Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
Contract: 12 months + Extendable

Key Responsibilities:
1. Digital Strategy Development:
• Collaborate with senior management to monitor the digital strategy, aligning it with the overall business objectives.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify digital trends and opportunities for innovation.
• Develop and present digital roadmaps and proposals to key stakeholders.
2. Project Management:
• Plan, execute, and finalize projects within deadlines and budget constraints.
• Monitor and track performance/KPI’s within project
• Monitor capabilities of project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Develop detailed project plans, including schedules, resource allocation, and task assignments.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Ensure seamless communication and collaboration among team members and stakeholders.
• Prepare regular project status reports and presentations for senior management.
3. Stakeholder Engagement:
• Engage with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements and align project objectives with business needs.
• Foster strong relationships with technology partners, vendors, and third-party service providers.
• Communicate project updates, changes, and milestones effectively to all stakeholders.
4. Digital Transformation:
• Drive digital transformation initiatives, including the implementation of digital banking solutions, mobile apps, online payment systems, and other innovative technologies.
• Work closely with IT teams to integrate digital solutions with existing banking systems and ensure seamless customer experiences.
5. Data Analysis and Optimization:
• Utilize data analytics to evaluate the performance of digital initiatives and optimize strategies based on customer behavior and feedback.
• Identify opportunities to enhance user experience, increase customer satisfaction, and drive customer retention through data-driven insights.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Information Technology, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• Proven experience in digital strategy development, project management, and implementation within the banking or financial services industry.
• Strong understanding of digital banking technologies, online platforms, and emerging trends.
• Excellent project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.
• Project management certification (e.g., PMP) is a plus.
