Role and Responsibilities

• Representing the customer in support of the development teams throughout the project.
• Looking after the creation of business cases for changes we want to develop which includes costs, timelines, story points and skills required.
• Supporting diagnosis and rectification of customer issues from on-line account opening, fraud, on-line growth, retention, complaints and the customer experience.
• Investigate on-line issues with recommendations of improvement and looking at the root cause problems.
• Driving best practice in how we work as a team from a Business Analyst standpoint, making changes to our approach so that we are continually enhancing our capabilities.
• Supporting of the build, test, training and deployment project processes and making sure that the business requirements are delivered and provide value to our customers.
