Job Title: Team Operations Assistant
Duration: Contract until end of 2025 (possibility for extension)
Location: Berlin, Germany (onsite)

Our client is looking for a committed on-site support professional to coordinate and deliver a range of team activities and events. You’ll play a key role in an exciting R&D robotics project, working on the front lines of innovation and creativity.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide general administrative support to the team as needed
• Coordinate the purchasing and distribution of swag items (company-branded merchandise) for the team
• Assist with scheduling and logistics for team meetings and events
• Organize team lunches, dinners, and off-site activities for the team

Required Skills:
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Proficiency with office productivity software (e.g. Microsoft Office, Google Workspace)
• Proficiency in English and German languages (both written and verbal)
