Position: Oracle EBS Techno/Functional Consultant
Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
Contract: 12 months + Extendable

The Oracle EBS Techno/Functional Consultant will play a critical role in delivering key strategic initiatives for the HR groups through the Oracle Cloud and EBS systems. They will be a member of the ERP (FAH, OGL, FA, AP, and HR) team responsible for business application development projects, ensuring timely and within-budget deliverables. The consultant will apply project management principles, manage resources, conduct risk management, and oversee implementation, testing, training, communication, and user adoption.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the Project Manager and Functional Consultants to understand our clients business processes.
Provide technical requirements for setting up development environments and test benches to the Technical Administrator.
Configure and customize the Oracle EBS Package as per the Requirements Study.
Provide support for all Oracle Cloud Talent modules.
Integrate cloud modules with EBS and other on-premises applications.
Engage in ERP projects, primarily focused on HR.
Document all development activities.
Analyze, create, and document business processes and workflows.
Implement Oracle HCM Cloud Modules (Global HR, Global Payroll, OTL, Benefits, etc.).
Complete project deliverables using the Oracle Application Implementation Methodology.
Conduct CRP sessions (Conference Room Pilot) and gather functionality gaps.
Prepare and conduct User Acceptance Tests (UAT).
Knowledge & Experience:
Bachelor/Master’s Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
8+ years of experience in ERP implementation, functional and technical banking applications, including Oracle HRMS and PL/SQL.
Exposure to Project Management methodologies.
Excellent communication skills.
In-depth knowledge of the banking business and IT solutions.
Awareness of the latest technology solutions and trends in the IT industry.
Excellent understanding of software development methodologies and architecture tools.
Thorough knowledge of the bank’s operations environment and technical infrastructure.
Ability to estimate effort and evaluate high-level design and architecture.
Minimum 6 years’ experience in implementation/support of Oracle Financial modules.
Minimum 6 years’ experience in Oracle HR Cloud, including all modules.
Minimum 5 years’ experience in development, customization, personalization, troubleshooting, etc.
Strong skills in Oracle Forms, Reports, and interfaces.
Oracle Certified Professional (OCP) is preferred.
Project Management certification is an added value.
Skills:
Strong knowledge of Finance and Human Resources business processes, requirement capture, and change management.
Proven Project Management experience.

Certificates on relevant courses, including Oracle HCM Implementation Workshops and Agile software development.
