Job Role – Performance Analyst
Location – Riyadh, KSA
Type – Contract
Length – 12-month extendable contract

Our client is among the top ten largest banks in the GCC covering Retail Banking, Wealth Management, Corporate and Institutional Banking, Treasury and Islamic Banking.

Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Control, Planning & Analysis
• Managing Annual Operating Plan and Medium-Term Operating Plan process working within the budget
• constraints imposed by management on the Retail Banking & Wealth Management segment.
• Identifying and providing process improvement recommendations for financial & business reporting, senior
• management dashboards and expense & revenue opportunities.
• Partner with business teams to manage Liabilities and Assets portfolio performance and develop growth
• strategies.
• Ensuring proper controls are established and maintained over the company’s revenue, costs, accruals,
• assets, liabilities including cash flow forecasts and timely reconciliations with General Ledgers.
• Adhere to reporting timelines to produce monthly performance packs and regional reports on all financials
• and business analytics.
• Ensuring the financial information provided are accurate and complete and major variances in all the three
• regions are investigated to enable management decision making.
• Proficient in development and implementation of adequate internal control procedures, documentation
• processes, systems including adhering to highest standards of continuous monitoring compliance and
• operational risk oversight.
• Define configuration specifications and business analysis requirements
• Perform quality assurance
• Define reporting and alerting requirements
• Own and develop relationship with partners, working with them to optimize and enhance our integration
• Help design, document and maintain system processes
• Report on common sources of technical issues or questions and make recommendations to product team
• Communicate key insights and findings to product team
• Constantly be on the lookout for ways to improve monitoring, discover issues and deliver better value to the customer
