ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES.
• Lead and manage hyperscale data center projects from inception to completion, including initiation, planning, design, construction, testing, and successful handover.
• Ensure that all data center builds comply with Hyperscaler’s data center build standards and meet their key acceptance criteria for infrastructure and operational readiness.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, operations, and vendors, to define project requirements that align with Microsoft’s specifications.
• Oversee the design and implementation of critical data center infrastructure Electrical, Mechanical & ELV components, including power, cooling, networking, security systems, and redundancy.

SKILLS & EXPEIRENCE
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, or related field. Advanced degree or relevant certifications preferred.
• Proven experience in managing hyperscale data center build projects focus on Microsoft data center build standards with a track record of successful delivery.
• Deep technical knowledge of data center infrastructure, including power, cooling, networking, security, and redundancy systems, with specific experience adhering to Microsoft’s key acceptance criteria.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools, including Agile, Scrum, and traditional waterfall approaches.
• 10+ years of Experience in managing large budgets, timelines, and resources for complex technical projects, with a track record of delivering against Microsoft’s strict requirements.
