Position: Multiple Position – Ecommerce Systems Experts
Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
Contract: 12 months + Extendable

Ecommerce Platform Management:
Administer and maintain Ecommerce platforms, ensuring their stability, security, and optimal performance.
Monitor website uptime, loading speed, and overall user experience to provide seamless online shopping experiences.
Collaborate with IT and external vendors for platform upgrades, patches, and integrations.
Oversee the accurate listing of products, including descriptions, images, and prices, on the Ecommerce platform.
Coordinate with product managers and vendors to update product catalogs, ensuring accuracy and relevance.
Implement and manage merchandising strategies to optimize product visibility and sales.
User Experience Optimization:
Analyze user behavior and feedback to enhance the Ecommerce user interface and overall customer journey.
Collaborate with UX/UI designers to create visually appealing and user-friendly online store layouts.
Conduct A/B testing and implement changes to improve conversion rates and customer satisfaction.
Utilize analytics tools to track website traffic, customer behavior, and sales performance.
Generate reports and analyze data to identify trends, customer preferences, and areas for improvement.
Make data-driven recommendations to enhance Ecommerce strategies and marketing efforts.
Payment and Security:
Ensure secure payment gateways and SSL certificates are in place, providing a safe environment for online transactions.
Stay updated on Ecommerce security best practices and implement necessary measures to protect customer data.
Collaborate with finance and legal teams to ensure compliance with payment industry regulations.
Collaboration and Integration:
Work closely with marketing, sales, and customer support teams to align Ecommerce activities with overall business goals.
Integrate Ecommerce systems with inventory management, CRM, and other business applications to ensure seamless operations.
Collaborate with digital marketing teams for online promotions, campaigns, and customer engagement strategies.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience in managing Ecommerce platforms and systems.
Proficiency in Ecommerce platforms such as Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce, or similar.
Strong understanding of online user behavior, digital marketing, and Ecommerce best practices.
Knowledge of web analytics tools and data-driven decision-making.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Experience with payment gateways and Ecommerce security protocols is preferred.
