Hardware Test Technician

Position: HW Robotics Technician
Duration: Contract until 31 Dec 2025 (Extendable)
Location: Berlin, Germany (onsite)

We are seeking an experienced robotics technician to support our client on a R&D robotics project, dealing with mechanical assembly, maintenance, and installation of robotic systems. The ideal candidate will have expertise working with pneumatic, electrical, and mechanical components, and strong communication skills in English.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assemble and configure robotic systems and components
• Perform preventative maintenance and troubleshoot issues with robotic equipment
• Install new robotic systems and integrate them with existing infrastructure
• Document work processes, create technical manuals, and provide status updates
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure successful project delivery

Required Qualifications:
• 3+ years of experience as a robotics or electromechanical technician
• Proficiency in working with pneumatic, electrical, and mechanical systems
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Ability to read and interpret technical schematics, manuals, and specifications
• Hands-on experience with assembly, installation, maintenance, and repair of robotic equipment

Preferred Qualifications:
• Associate’s degree or technical certification in robotics, automation, or a related field
• Experience programming and configuring industrial control systems and PLCs
• Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures for robotic work environments
