As we continue to expand our services, we are looking for a talented Dynamics 365 CE / DCRM Technical Consultant to join our team and contribute to our success.
As a Dynamics 365 CE / DCRM Technical Consultant, you will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and maintaining Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE and DCRM solutions for our clients. You will work closely with our clients and internal teams to ensure successful project delivery while leveraging your technical expertise to provide exceptional services.
Solution Design: Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and translate them into functional technical solutions using Dynamics 365 CE / DCRM.
Customization: Configure and customize Dynamics 365 CE / DCRM to meet specific client requirements, including workflows, entities, fields, and business processes.
Integration: Design and implement integrations between Dynamics 365 CE / DCRM and other systems, including data migration and third-party applications.
Troubleshooting: Investigate and resolve technical issues and provide ongoing support to ensure the smooth operation of Dynamics 365 CE / DCRM solutions.
Documentation: Create technical documentation, including solution designs, configuration guides, and training materials for clients and team members.
Training and Support: Train end-users and client staff on system usage and provide ongoing technical support as needed.
Stay Current: Stay updated on the latest Dynamics 365 CE / DCRM features, best practices, and industry trends to ensure our clients receive the most innovative solutions.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
Proven experience as a Dynamics 365 CE / DCRM Technical Consultant, with a strong understanding of the platform’s capabilities.
Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Customization and Configuration certification is a plus.
Experience with data migration and integration tools.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
Ability to work independently and remotely, managing multiple client projects simultaneously.
Fluent in English and Italian (written and spoken).
This is a remote position based in Italy, and you will work closely with clients and colleagues across different time zones. Reliable internet access and a dedicated home office setup are required.
