Business Analyst – IT projects

Position: Business Analyst – multiple Positions
Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
Contract: 12 months + Extendable

Responsibilities:

Collaborating with stakeholders, such as project managers, developers, and business owners, to identify and define project requirements
Conducting analysis and gathering data to identify and evaluate business problems and opportunities
Developing and maintaining project plans, timelines, and budgets
Designing and documenting business processes, systems, and procedures
Identifying and recommending solutions to business problems and opportunities
Participating in the testing and implementation of new systems and processes
Providing training and support to end-users and stakeholders
Communicating project progress and updates to stakeholders and management
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, economics, or a related field
Proven experience with multiple projects, preferably in a business analysis or project management role
Strong analytical skills and the ability to gather and interpret complex data
Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels
Proficient in project management methodologies and tools
Familiarity with banking regulations and compliance requirements
Experience with software applications and tools, such as Microsoft Office, SQL, and business intelligence software.
