Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced Technical Program Manager to join our clients Artificial General Intelligence team. You will collaborate with scientists and engineers to develop innovative AI solutions, combining LLMs with classical AI reasoning for robotics, automation, and fulfilment. Your role includes:
Developing AI-driven task planning and verification strategies.
Collaborating with a global scientific team to drive innovation.
Balancing strategic initiatives with hands-on execution.
Managing project risks, trade-offs, and business needs.

Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in a technical field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in software engineering, machine learning and/or program management.
Experience in scripting (e.g. Python).
Experience with training/deploying deep learning/ML models.
Strong problem-solving abilities with the capability to develop creative and effective software solutions.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide training and guidance to co-workers.
Fluent English.

Preferred Qualifications
Master’s degree in computer science, data science, or an equivalent quantitative field.
Experience with data analysis and data presentation.
Experience in robotics, logistics, operations, supply chain, transportation, or similar experience.
Experience coordinating across remote teams.
