Our customer, a multi-national leader in technology consulting, is seeking a dynamic SAP Project Manager to join their team for an exciting opportunity in the utilities sector. The successful candidate will lead the implementation of SAP S/4 HANA, focusing primarily on core ERP modules such as FI, CO, MM, and incorporating some HR components.

Responsibilities:
– Lead the end-to-end implementation of SAP S/4 HANA, ensuring successful delivery within scope, budget, and timeline.
– Collaborate closely with key stakeholders to understand business requirements, address concerns, and ensure alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
– Mobilise and coordinate diverse teams, both internally and externally, to execute project tasks effectively.
– Identify potential risks and proactively develop mitigation strategies to minimise project disruptions.
– Oversee quality assurance processes to ensure adherence to project standards and best practices.
– Facilitate clear and transparent communication channels between project teams, stakeholders, and leadership.
– Monitor project progress, track milestones, and provide regular updates to relevant stakeholders.
– Address project issues and challenges promptly, seeking innovative solutions to overcome obstacles.

Requirements:
– Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management, with a proven track record of successfully delivering SAP projects.
– Strong understanding of SAP S/4 HANA, with hands-on experience in core ERP modules (FI, CO, MM) and familiarity with HR components.
– Exceptional leadership abilities with the capability to inspire and motivate teams towards achieving project objectives.
– Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships at all levels of the organisation.
– Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with the capacity to convey complex ideas in a clear and concise manner.
– Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to addressing challenges and driving solutions.
– Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with the flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements.
– While not mandatory, familiarity with the oil and gas sector would be advantageous.
