Position: Oracle OFSAA Cost Allocation Expert
Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
Contract: 12 months + Extendable

Responsibilities:

Cost Allocation Configuration: Configure and maintain cost allocation rules and methodologies within Oracle OFSAA to allocate expenses accurately across various business units, products, and projects.

Data Mapping: Develop and maintain data mapping documents to ensure proper alignment of cost data with the cost allocation rules.

Cost Allocation Runs: Execute cost allocation processes, monitor their performance, and troubleshoot any issues that may arise during the allocation runs.

Data Validation: Perform data validation and reconciliation to verify the accuracy of allocated costs and ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.

Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of cost allocation rules, configurations, and processes.

Performance Optimization: Continuously monitor and optimize cost allocation processes for improved efficiency and accuracy.

Collaboration: Collaborate with financial analysts, accountants, and other stakeholders to gather cost allocation requirements and ensure alignment with business needs.

Training: Conduct training sessions for end-users and stakeholders on cost allocation processes and best practices.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).

Proven experience (typically 3+ years) as an Oracle OFSAA Cost Allocation Expert or similar role.

Strong knowledge of Oracle OFSAA, particularly in the context of cost allocation.

Familiarity with accounting principles and standards, including cost allocation methodologies.

Proficiency in SQL and PL/SQL for data manipulation and scripting.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with financial teams and stakeholders.

Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
