Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and certified Senior Project Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of project management experience, with a strong preference for those with a background in banking and infrastructure projects. This role demands a strategic thinker who can manage complex projects, coordinate with multiple stakeholders, and deliver results on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage multiple high-profile projects from initiation through completion.
• Develop detailed project plans, including scope, schedule, and budget.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
• Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Monitor project progress, adjusting plans as necessary to meet objectives.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies.
• Provide regular project updates to senior management and stakeholders.
• Mentor and support junior project managers and team members.

Qualifications:
• PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is mandatory.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in project management.
• Proven experience in the banking industry is highly desirable.
• Experience in infrastructure projects is a significant plus.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Proficient in project management software and tools.

Preferred Skills:
• Knowledge of financial services regulations and compliance.
• Experience with large-scale IT infrastructure projects.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Education:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
