Job Title: Technical Program Manager
Location: Remote – EU

Working hours: Flexible hours (E.g 11am-7pm)to ensure coverage of EU and US projects
We are seeking a skilled Technical Program Manager to join a global intralogistics giant. This individual will play a key role in driving the successful delivery of multiple controls and software platforms for their internal customers. The role involves working globally, covering both Europe and North America, ensuring the seamless execution of fulfillment centre projects.
Key Responsibilities
Communicate project risks, progress, launches, and retrospectives transparently to all stakeholders and teams.
Collaborate daily with Development, QA, Product Managers, and Customer Support teams to align project goals and execution.
Drive visibility and transparency of key milestones and release dates throughout the Sprint development process.
Monitor Production Analytics dashboards to track and ensure the success of roll-outs and ramp-ups.
Manage multiple projects involving technology, business, and operations with competing priorities, following the Product Development Process (PDP).
Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate project risks to ensure smooth delivery.
Lead sprint planning sessions to prioritize team objectives efficiently.
Oversee sprint progress, remove blockers, and facilitate clear and effective communication between teams.
Qualifications & Experience
Proven experience in Technical Program Management within a fast-paced, global environment.
Background in mechatronics, robotics, or software engineering.
Experience working with fulfillment centre technologies or large-scale operations.
Experience working with software development teams, automation, or mechatronics projects.
Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects involving cross-functional teams.
Strong analytical skills and experience in tracking production analytics dashboards.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
