Position: Oracle EBS Finance Functional consultant
Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
Contract: 12 months + Extendable

Key Responsibilities:

Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with business users to understand their financial requirements and translate them into Oracle EBS configurations and solutions.

System Configuration: Configure and customize Oracle EBS Finance modules to meet business needs, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, and other related modules.

Implementation and Upgrades: Lead or participate in Oracle EBS Finance module implementations, upgrades, and enhancements, ensuring successful project delivery within scope, budget, and timeline.

Testing and Quality Assurance: Develop test cases, conduct system testing, and ensure the quality of financial solutions by identifying and resolving issues and bugs.

User Training: Provide training to end-users to ensure they can effectively utilize Oracle EBS Finance modules for their daily tasks.

Documentation: Create and maintain documentation related to configurations, processes, and procedures for Oracle EBS Finance modules.

Support and Troubleshooting: Provide ongoing support and resolve issues related to Oracle EBS Finance modules, including troubleshooting and performance tuning.

Compliance: Ensure that Oracle EBS Finance configurations and processes align with industry best practices and compliance standards.

Collaboration: Collaborate with technical teams, developers, and other functional consultants to deliver integrated solutions.

Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on Oracle EBS Finance module enhancements and recommend improvements to optimize financial processes.

Key Skills:
1. Expertise in Oracle Core Finance Modules – Accounts Payables, Receivables, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, General Ledger and Expense modules
2. Should have good understanding of Procure to Pay and Order to cash cycles
3. Charted Accountant and equivalent qualification is preferred
4. Minimum 3 three implementations and support experience

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
Proven experience as an Oracle EBS Finance Functional Consultant or a similar role.
Strong knowledge of Oracle E-Business Suite Finance modules.
Proficiency in Oracle EBS configurations and customization.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Experience in full project lifecycle implementation and support.
Oracle certifications in E-Business Suite Finance modules are a plus.
Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance standards (e.g., GAAP, IFRS) is beneficial.
