Role Overview:
The SOC Manager / Tech Lead will be critical in overseeing technical operational security and pressure systems within our Security Operations Center (SOC). This role requires a deep understanding of SOC management and expertise with the LogRhythm technology stack.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and lead SOC operations, ensuring effective security monitoring and incident response.
Oversee the deployment, configuration, and optimization of the LogRhythm technology stack.
Develop and implement security policies, procedures, and best practices.
Coordinate with other IT and security teams to enhance overall security posture.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to SOC team members.
Conduct regular performance reviews and assessments of SOC tools and processes.
Manage incident response and escalate critical issues as necessary.
Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
Prepare and present reports on security metrics and incidents to senior management.
Key Requirements:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in SOC management.
Proven expertise with the LogRhythm technology stack.
Strong understanding of security operations, incident management, and pressure systems.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Effective communication skills in English; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications:

Relevant certifications in security management (e.g., CISSP, CISM).
Experience in a high-pressure or high-risk environment.
