Position: Scrum Master / Agile Coach / Agile / Scrum Co-ordinator
Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
Contract: 12 months + Extendable

Scum Master
• Facilitate Scrum Events: Organize and facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Sprint Retrospectives. Ensure that these events are effective, time-boxed, and collaborative.
• Team Support: Support the development team in their efforts to continuously improve and become self-organizing. Remove impediments and foster an environment of trust and collaboration within the team.
• Scrum Process: Guide the team in the consistent application of Scrum principles. Ensure the team understands and follows Scrum theory, practices, and rules.
• Shielding the Team: Protect the team from external interruptions and distractions, allowing the team to focus on delivering high-quality products within the Sprint.
• Metrics and Reporting: Monitor and report team progress using appropriate metrics. Provide visibility into the team’s progress and ensure the Scrum artifacts are visible to all stakeholders.
• Continuous Improvement: Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the team. Identify areas for improvement and work collaboratively with the team to implement changes that enhance productivity and product quality.
• Collaboration: Collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders to ensure that the product backlog is groomed, refined, and prioritized effectively. Act as a bridge between the development team and stakeholders.
• Training and Coaching: Provide training and coaching to the team and stakeholders on Agile and Scrum practices. Help individuals and teams understand and enact the Scrum framework.
Agile Coach
• Adopt agile practices and methods while embedding agile values and mindsets
• Assessing the organization and guiding management towards the right Agile scaling methodology.
• Communicating the required mindset and practising changes to truly become an Agile organization.
• Managing the work, including management of the Product Backlogs.
• Developing the organizational release plan/roadmap (project timeline).
• Improving Scrum and technical practices
• Training the Product Owner
• Writing acceptance criteria, user stories, and other requirements
• Identifying impediments and bringing visibility.
• The coach may work with the teams by facilitating Scrum events, conducting training and workshops, or by observing the teams to identify opportunities for improvement.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
• Agile or Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or equivalent certification is highly desirable.
• Proven experience as a Scrum Master in an agile software development environment or Agile Coach
• Strong knowledge of Scrum or Agile theory, rules, and practices.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Problem-solving mindset and ability to address team challenges effectively.
• Knowledge of other Agile methodologies and frameworks is a plus.
• Experience with agile tools and software for project management and tracking.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work well under pressure.
