Our client, a reputable Medical Device organisation specialised in orthopaedic portfolios that helps heal and restore movement for worldwide patients, is seeking an experienced Agile Practitioner to join their team.

Key Responsibilities:
– Provide guidance and education to cross-functional teams on Agile practices and philosophies,
fostering a culture of collaboration, transparency, and continuous improvement.
– Shape, Plan, and Lead Agile Sprints: Lead the planning and execution of Agile sprints focused on
project delivery process improvements, working closely with stakeholders to define sprint goals
and deliverables.
– Evaluate and select the most appropriate Agile approach and methods to maximize the
effectiveness of sprint delivery and achieve the desired outcomes, considering the unique
requirements and constraints of each project.
– Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities to integrate Agile philosophies into
project delivery processes.
– Monitor and track sprint progress, identifying and addressing any issues or impediments that
may arise.

Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; advanced degree or Agile certifications (e.g., Certified Scrum
Master, Agile Coach) preferred.
– Minimum of [insert number] years of experience as an Agile Practitioner, with a focus on business
process improvement and Agile transformation.
