Job Opportunity: Grafana / ITSM / Axios Tools Specialist Tools Administrator (12-Month Contract)

Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

Responsibilities:

Administer CCC tools, including issue management and collaboration tools.
Provide 2nd-level support for incidents and service requests related to tools.
Execute system implementation tasks, including configuration for operations.
Ensure effective reporting of STAs, OTAs, and KPIs using tools.
Prepare ad-hoc reports and dashboards related to tools.
Develop training materials and conduct training sessions for the CCC team.
Support CCC teams in proactively identifying issues using tools.
Liaise with product vendors to ensure optimal support for operations and align the vendor product roadmap with capability release schedule.

Skills:

Extensive knowledge and experience with software tools.
Strong technical and analytical capabilities with software engineering skills.
Ability to work effectively under pressure.
Continuous improvement mindset and ability to operationalize and automate processes using software tools.
Team-oriented with the ability to thrive in a collaborative environment.

Tools/Software:

Proficient in Grafana.
Experience with Axios Assyst ITSM.
