Our client s a leading international communications company with a customer base of more than 100 million across the Middle East, North Africa and Southeast Asia. In Qatar, we are the leading communications company, delivering world-class services for consumers, businesses, residences and organizations.

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Lead and coordinate the bid management process (reviewing bid invitations, conducting bid/no-bid analysis, establishing comprehensive bid schedule plan, etc.) ensuring high quality and timely submission of bids.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders such as sales, technical, SME, and contract teams to gather all necessary information for developing bid strategies & responses.
• Develop pricing strategies and commercial models that align with both customer needs and the company’s profitability goals.
• Analyze and review RFP/RFI documenta5on, iden5fying key requirements and risks for bid responses.

SKILLS & EXPEIRENCE
• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in bid management roles ideally within the Telecom or ICT industry.
• Previous experience working for Tier 1 suppliers such as Nokia, Ericsson, Cisco, or other global telecommunica5ons suppliers.
• Strong Excel skills, with hands-on experience in creating dashboards and KPI reports.
• Experience in managing bids for large, complex projects in the B2B space.
