Position Overview:
We are looking for a Test Manager who will play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality of our software products and services. Key Responsibilities:
As a Test Manager, your primary duties will include:

Test Strategy Development: Develop and execute the test strategy for the project, aligning it with business objectives and project requirements.
Team Management: Lead and manage a team of testers, ensuring that testing activities are completed on time and within budget.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate closely with project stakeholders to comprehend business requirements and ensure that the testing process aligns with these requirements.
Activity Planning: Plan and prioritize testing activities based on project timelines and critical path, ensuring efficient resource allocation.
Progress Tracking: Track and report on testing progress and defects, providing regular updates to project stakeholders.
Risk Identification: Identify and escalate testing risks and issues to project stakeholders, facilitating proactive risk mitigation.
Compliance: Ensure that all testing activities comply with company policies and standards.
Process Improvement: Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Team Development: Ensure the testing team is trained and equipped with the necessary skills and resources to deliver high-quality testing services.
Vendor Management: Manage relationships with vendors and third-party testing partners as necessary.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications:

Education: A Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field.
Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience in software testing and at least 3 years of experience in a test management role.
Technical Expertise: Demonstrated experience in test planning and execution for complex software projects. Proficiency with industry-standard testing tools and methodologies.
Leadership: Strong leadership and people management skills, with a proven track record of leading successful testing teams.
Communication: Excellent communication and collaboration skills, enabling effective interaction with stakeholders and team members.
Methodologies: Familiarity with agile development methodologies, as well as the ability to adapt testing processes accordingly.
