• Conduct regular system audits and performance tuning.
• Deliver training and support to end-users.

Skills and Experience
• Proven experience with ServiceNow platform administration.
• Strong understanding of ITIL processes and best practices.
• Proficiency in scripting languages (JavaScript, Glide).
• Experience with ServiceNow modules such as Incident, Problem, Change, and Service Catalog.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
• Experience with ServiceNow integration and automation tools.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
• Certification in ServiceNow Administration or related modules is a plus.
