Service Delivery Manager

Seeking an experience Service Delivery Manager for a 12 month contract in Riyadh, KSA.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring timely resolution of issues and problems within Service Management area
• Ensuring services are monitored against SLA / OLA / KPI targets
• Monitors and reports service performance levels
• Maintains vendor process to ensure effectiveness
• Ensures vendor support tools are enconfigured in line with defined process
• Drives CI via problem management process including root cause analysis and trend analysis

Qualifications:

• Good experience of Logistic & Transport clients previously
• Good understanding of customer groups and relationships with key stakeholders
• Excellent communication
• Around 10-12 years experience within service management
• Previous experience with tech consultancies is a plus
