Our customer, a multi-national leader in technology consulting, is looking for an experienced Integrated Product Support Manager to drive and manage their product support activities. In this role, you will ensure that all support deliverables are completed on time and to the highest standards. You will collaborate closely with the end customer’s IPS Officer to ensure that all processes and procedures are efficiently coordinated and aligned. The position is for a project spanning from January 2025 to 2028.

Responsibilities:
– Lead the development of IPS deliverables.
– Coordinate with the Purchaser’s IPS Officer on all IPS-related decisions.
– Ensure compliance with IPS processes, procedures, and standards.
– Manage Logistics Support Analysis (LSA), Reliability, Availability, Maintainability and Testability (RAM&T), training, Interactive Electronic Technical Publications (IETP), supply support, and Packaging, Handling, Storage, and Transportation (PHST).
Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree or equivalent certification in supportability engineering.
– Minimum 7 years of experience in supportability engineering for hardware/software-intensive products, preferably in the defence and electronics sector.
– Familiarity with IPS-related NATO standards, handbooks, ISO standards, and ASD/AIA/ATA tools.
– NATO nationality and NATO Secret security clearance.
