Senior Maintenance Consultant
Contract – 12 months+

Linnk is looking to hire an experienced Senior Maintenance Consultant to work alongside our client in Sweden to oversee repair, improvement, and upkeep of existing operations, as well as supporting the deployment of new processes and systems. The consultant should seek to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of all maintenance programs.

Role and Responsibilities
• Establishes, maintains, and promotes high standards of customer service, including quality control measures, preventative maintenance goals, and machine uptime.
• Develop strategies to assist the client in prioritizing, scheduling, and delegating work orders and follow-up to ensure timely completion.
• Develop tools to ensure that PMs are conducted on schedule and documented.
• Ensures Operations satisfaction with equipment for the safe and efficient return to production.

Skills and Experience
• Clear understanding of both Maintenance and Production Key Performance Indicators and their connection to business impact and performance.
• Expert-level experience with Computerized Maintenance Management Software systems.
• 5-7 years of management experience in high-paced multi-shift operations including experience in Maintenance Leadership roles.
• Six Sigma (Black Belt, Green Belt, or Lean) certification is highly preferred.
