Our Client offers a comprehensive range of services that include voice, messaging, data, fixed communications, Internet of Things, and ICT managed services for both consumers and businesses in Qatar.

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Manage the Preparation and submission of contractual documentation including the scope of work, work package annexes, performance bond, drawing, and
attachments when applicable. in accordance with the established timelines and requirements.
• Lead contract negotiations with suppliers, ensuring that terms and conditions are justified to our client and align with the organization’s strategics
adjectives.
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies and procedure, including legal and compliance requirements.
• Maintain accurate and up to date records of all contracts and related documents, including contract terms, pricing, amendments correspondence.

SKILLS & EXPEIRENCE
• 5 years relevant and in-depth procurement & supply chain experience, preferably with exposure to the commercial industry.
• Must have bid management experience, particularly in generating value and driving efficiency with category & Project management experience.
• ERP experience on procurement Module with an ability to prepare strategies / roadmaps with experience in managing tenders is desirable.
• Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), with expertise in reporting is preferable
