IT Desktop Support

We are currently looking for ambitious IT Desktop Support Consultants to join one of our clients based in Jeddah for a long term contract opportunity.

Job Title – IT Desktop Support
Type – Extendable Contract
Length – 12 months extendable
Base Location – Jeddah + Damman & Riyadh

Overview of the role

– Responds to Service Desk requests to identify and resolve problems.
– Provides computer repair and Installation.
– Provides I.T. Software Installation, Configuration & Support.
– Printer and other peripherals Installation, Configuration & Support.
– Provides 1st Level LAN connectivity (WiFi / Cable) Troubleshooting & Support.
– Perform routine client computer maintenance (e.g. AV & Windows update, Disk size monitoring, remove non-standard software, etc.).
– Provides 1st Level of troubleshooting/installation on CCTV & Access control system.
– Various I.T. item installation, setup, and delivery.
– Performs miscellaneous IT job-related duties as assigned.

Requirements

– At least 3 years experience within IT desktop support function
– available to relocate to Jeddah, Damman & Riyadh
