Job Description:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Application Support professional to join our team as an Application Support – Middleware. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the seamless functioning of our middleware applications, enabling efficient communication and integration between various systems and applications.
Key Responsibilities:
Install, configure, and maintain middleware components across our infrastructure.
Monitor middleware applications, proactively identifying and resolving issues to ensure optimal performance.
Collaborate with development and system administration teams to integrate middleware with diverse applications and APIs.
Debug and troubleshoot middleware-related problems, analyzing logs and system data for effective issue resolution.
Implement security measures, manage user access, and apply necessary updates to safeguard middleware components.
Document configurations, troubleshooting procedures, and best practices for future reference.
Conduct performance testing, load testing, and stress testing to evaluate middleware stability under different conditions.
Collaborate with stakeholders, providing regular updates on the status of middleware applications and issue resolution progress.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
years of experience in application support, specifically focusing on middleware technologies.
Proficiency in installing, configuring, and troubleshooting middleware components such as message brokers, ESBs, or API gateways.
Strong understanding of integration principles, APIs, and data exchange protocols.
Experience with performance testing tools and techniques.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
Strong communication skills and ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders effectively.
