Contract: 12 months + Extendable

Skills and Experience

• Have about 5-10 years of professional experience in the digital banking sector, and relevant experience in some of the following areas: digital adoption & transformation, data management & analytics, product development, innovation, distribution channel management, transformation projects or core operations.
• Have a first experience in project management, business process analysis or as Business Analyst.
• Can communicate transparently and with impact in Arabic
• Have affinity with transformation projects and have an analytical mindset.
• Are stress resistant, flexible, and you can work independently or in a team.
• Are commercially solution driven and client minded.
• Help the executives and business leaders with the introduction of necessary changes and best practices regarding Digital.
• Cover conceptual advice, implementation support of Digital customer journeys and provide temporary resources.
• Help today’s key decision makers to cope with the business challenges they are facing (customer experience, new technologies, business transformations, cost optimization) and bring added value to the enterprise at large.
• Help our Financial Services clients streamline their End-to-End processes and build a more customer-centric organization enabled by emerging technologies.
