ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Lead and manage a bid team of 6-8 resources, including 3-4 bid managers, a commercial pricing specialist, and an administrator.
• Develop and implement pricing strategies that maximize profitability while maintaining competitiveness in the market.
• Drive the creation and adoption of checklists, templates, and toolkits to ensure efficiency in the bid preparation process.
• Evaluate and select appropriate software or platforms to support bid preparation, tracking, and collaboration.
• Set up an internal PMO to focus on governance, reporting and control of all bids and projects managed by the B2B unit.
SKILLS & EXPEIRENCE
• Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in bid management or commercial roles, preferably within the Telecom or ICT industry.
• Strong experience in leading teams of 5+ members, including hiring, onboarding, and performance management.
• Experience managing high volumes of bids (200+ annually) with demonstrated success in delivering complex, large-scale proposals.
• Familiarity with tools such as Salesforce, pricing software, and project management platforms is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field. MBA or a related advanced degree is a plus.
