Linnk Group is currently hiring two Technical Program Managers – Power & Thermal Generation to support major data centre infrastructure projects across the UK and Europe. This is a 9-month contract opportunity based in Ireland, the UK or Madrid, starting in November 2026. The role will focus on the front-end development and FEED stages of power and thermal generation projects, coordinating technical stakeholders, permitting, environmental strategy and design review and development through to handover to the delivery team.

Role Overview:
Technical Program Managers (TPMs) to support the development of power and thermal generation solutions for major data centre infrastructure projects across the UK and Europe.
The role will focus on the front-end development and FEED design stages, coordinating technical stakeholders, permitting and environmental strategy before handing approved designs over to a separate delivery team.
Key Responsibilities:
•Manage projects involving power systems, thermal generation, gas systems and gas network infrastructure.
•Coordinate permitting and environmental strategy across UK/EU projects.
•Manage and coordinate FEED activities before handover to PDM
•To cover coordinate and manage the permit and enviro part projects up to 30% feasibility stage
•Work with a range of General Contractors, engineering partners and specialist vendors.
•Coordinate technical inputs and facilitate validation of key design decisions.
•Working Agrecko, consultants and design teams
•Manage project risks, dependencies, and technical issues.
•Provide biweekly project updates to key stakeholders.
•Prepare and present final designs and proposals to the Power Solutions team.
•Coordinate the handover of approved designs to the project delivery team.
Candidate Requirements:
•Candidates should have 3–5+ years’ relevant experience, with strong knowledge of:
-Thermal generation (Battery energy storage, Open cycle gas turbines, CCGT, fuel cells)
-Knowledge of gas network connection points & gas networks across the Europe
-Power generation/infrastructure
-UK and/or European energy infrastructure
-FEED/design development
-Experience with permitting and environmental strategy
-Contractor and vendor management
-Technical project/programme management
-Stakeholder management and technical presentations
-Experience supporting data centre or other mission-critical infrastructure projects would be advantageous.
