Experience: o 2-5 years of experience in performance testing, particularly in digital channels such as web and mobile applications. o Hands-on experience with performance testing tools such as JMeter • Technical Skills: o Strong understanding of performance testing methodologies (load, stress, endurance, spike, etc.). o Proficient in scripting languages used for performance test automation • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills to diagnose and address performance bottlenecks effectively. • Soft Skills: o Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work in a fast-paced environment with cross-functional teams. o Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality performance test results.
