Overview

Linnk is seeking a proactive HSE Coordinator to support Health, Safety, and Environmental activities across robotics operations sites in Berlin.

This is a hands-on, site-based role focused on supporting daily HSE operations, maintaining compliance with safety standards, coordinating training and medical checks, and helping ensure a safe working environment for employees, contractors, and third-party personnel.

The role is ideal for someone early in their HSE career who has a strong interest in occupational safety, operations, or engineering and is comfortable working in a fast-paced industrial environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support day-to-day Health, Safety, and Environmental activities across site operations
• Act as a key point of contact for routine HSE questions, concerns, and coordination
• Help implement and maintain site HSE procedures in line with internal standards and local requirements
• Conduct daily safety audits, inspections, and workplace checks
• Track corrective actions from audits and ensure issues are followed through to closure
• Support Permit to Work (PTW) activities and ensure required safety controls are in place
• Coordinate medical checks and mandatory safety-related training, including First Aid and PIT training
• Monitor and schedule HSE-related inspections and compliance activities
• Order, distribute, and track PPE and other safety equipment
• Support communication between site teams, management, associates, and external contractors on HSE topics
• Maintain accurate HSE records, documentation, and compliance trackers
• Promote a proactive safety culture and encourage safe working practices across site teams

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• Completed vocational training, technician qualification, bachelor’s degree, or equivalent practical experience
• Background in Health & Safety, Engineering, Operations, Industrial environments, or a related field
• Good understanding of HSE principles, workplace safety, and compliance requirements
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Comfortable conducting site inspections and working in operational environments
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow through on actions
• Fluent English
• Able to work on-site in Berlin five days per week

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Previous experience in an HSE, EHS, safety, operations, or industrial coordination role
• Experience supporting safety training, inspections, audits, or Permit to Work processes
• Familiarity with PPE management and occupational health requirements
• Experience in robotics, automation, manufacturing, logistics, or another industrial environment
• Relevant Health & Safety qualification or certification
