Job Title: Project Planner

DESCRIPTION
Our client is seeking a highly experienced Project Planner to support the continued expansion of their European fulfilment network. Successful candidates will be comfortable managing project schedules, coordinating resources, and ensuring project milestones are met on time. This individual will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, Startup and construction, to develop and maintain project schedules, track progress, and identify potential risks. The ideal candidate will have experience in project planning, scheduling, and implementation, with a strong ability to manage complex dependencies across multiple workstreams.

KEY JOBS RESPONSABILITIES
• Develop and maintain Integrated Planning for large-scale fulfilment Centre projects
• Coordinate multiple material flow and installation schedules of vendors that are interdependent
• Track project progress, identify potential risks, and develop contingency plans to mitigate delays
• Work closely with engineering and construction teams to ensure project milestones are met
• Manage overall project scheduling, ensuring alignment with key project deliverables
• Facilitate and participate in schedule reviews with internal and external stakeholders (vendor)
• Conduct schedule impact assessments and recommend mitigation strategies
• Analyze resource loading and recommend adjustments as necessary
• Monitor and report on the progress of all project activities, highlighting significant milestones and potential planning risks
• Support the development and implementation of project planning best practices and standardization across the fulfillment network

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations, Business Administration, or a related field
• Experience in project planning, scheduling, and implementation within a complex environment
• Proficiency in scheduling tools such as Oracle Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, or equivalent
• Experience managing large-scale projects with multiple dependencies and stakeholders
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Advanced proficiency in English and local language
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite: Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
• Certified Project Management qualification (PMP, Prince2, or other)
• Experience in launching new logistics centers, factories, or large facilities
• Knowledge of material handling equipment such as pallet racking, conveyor systems, etc.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience with AutoCAD or similar software for layout planning
Fluency in additional European languages (German, French, Polish, Spanish, etc.) is considered a plus
