Job Description:
We are seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead the IFS upgrade stream within the program. This role is critical to ensuring a smooth transition between IFS versions, managing cross-functional teams, and aligning technical and functional streams with the overall program roadmap. Collaboration with the Client & Vendor PMs is key.

Key Responsibilities
Lead the planning and execution of the IFS upgrade from APPS 10.9 to 10.28, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
Coordinate with functional consultants, technical teams, and client stakeholders to align upgrade activities with business priorities.
Manage project scope, timelines, risks, and resources, ensuring delivery within contractual obligations.
Oversee data migration, integration validation, and regression testing activities.
Ensure compliance with governance standards and maintain clear documentation throughout the upgrade lifecycle.
Provide regular progress updates, risk assessments, and mitigation plans to program leadership and client stakeholders.
Facilitate knowledge transfer and support change management efforts post-upgrade.

Required Skills & Experience
Proven experience managing ERP upgrade projects, ideally within IFS (APPS 10.x).
Good understanding of IFS architecture, data migration, and integration principles.
Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies (e.g., JIRA, MS Project).
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work in a multicultural, distributed team environment.
Fluent in English (written and spoken); French is a plus.
