ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Participate in 24×7 operations support, including being part of an on-call rotation to promptly attend to incidents reported by the NOC.
• Lead the planning and execution of large-scale ISP & MPLS routers migrations across the network.
• Conduct impact assessments and develop migration methodologies that minimize downtime and risk.

SKILLS & EXPEIRENCE
10+ years of experience in IP/MPLS network engineering within a service provider or ISP environment.
• Proven experience leading complex migration efforts.
• Deep understanding of: o Routing protocols: OSPF, IS-IS, BGP o MPLS technologies: LDP, RSVP-TE, Segment Routing (SR-MPLS a plus) o VPN services: L2VPN, L3VPN, VPLS
