Role Summary
An exciting opportunity to manage and support an on-premise ServiceNow platform, ensuring smooth operations across Discovery, Service Mapping, HAM, SAM, and BCM. The role requires strong technical expertise, hands-on configuration, and troubleshooting skills to maintain platform reliability and enable business continuity.

Role and Responsibilities

Manage and support the on-premise ServiceNow platform with a focus on BCM, Discovery, Service Mapping, HAM, and SAM.

Configure, maintain, and monitor ServiceNow Discovery, including MID Server management to ensure accurate CMDB data.

Develop workflows, business rules, UI policies, and automation to optimize processes.

Provide troubleshooting and support for platform issues related to on-premise infrastructure.

Collaborate with stakeholders to align ServiceNow modules with business needs, particularly ITBM and SPM.

Skills and Experience

Proven experience in managing ServiceNow on-premise platforms.

Strong knowledge of ServiceNow Discovery and Service Mapping, including MID Server administration.

Experience in HAM (Hardware Asset Management) and SAM (Software Asset Management).

Hands-on expertise with Business Continuity Management (BCM) modules.

Experience with ITBM (IT Business Management) and SPM (Strategic Portfolio Management).

Proficiency in developing workflows, UI policies, and automation within ServiceNow.

Solid understanding of Unix-based systems.

Knowledge of Oracle database administration and troubleshooting.

Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills in on-premise environments.

Ability to work cross-functionally and support multiple stakeholders.
