Overview:

We are seeking a hands-on OpsRamp Technical Engineer to provide remote implementation, integration, and operational support for the OpsRamp IT operations management platform. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in technical execution, automation, and platform optimization within complex hybrid environments.

Responsibilities:

Deliver end-to-end OpsRamp deployments, including installation, configuration, integration, and troubleshooting.
Work with on-premises and multi-cloud environments to implement monitoring, discovery, and alerting solutions.
Configure and optimize AIOps features, including event correlation, anomaly detection, and automated remediation.
Integrate OpsRamp with external tools such as ServiceNow, SolarWinds, AppDynamics, and Splunk.
Develop scripts and automation workflows using Python, PowerShell, or REST APIs.
Manage agent deployments, templates, and policies for performance and availability monitoring.
Document technical processes, configurations, and troubleshooting guides.

Key Skills & Experience:

Proven experience implementing and supporting OpsRamp in enterprise environments.
Strong understanding of AIOps concepts — event correlation, noise reduction, and root cause analysis.
Hands-on experience with infrastructure monitoring, discovery, and CMDB integrations.
Familiarity with API integrations and automation tools (Terraform, Ansible, Jenkins).
Solid knowledge of ITOM, ITSM, and observability frameworks.
Strong Linux/Windows administration and scripting skills.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
