Are you excited by the idea of building high-performance robotic systems that can perceive, learn, and act intelligently alongside humans? At Linnk Group, we partner with cutting-edge robotics and automation teams to help bring ambitious technology to life—at serious scale.
We’re looking for curious, well-rounded software engineers to join a collaborative, full-stack robotics environment. This role sits at the heart of robotic software delivery, owning the infrastructure and tooling that enables roboticists, machine learning scientists, and engineers to design, test, deploy, and operate complex systems—both in the lab and in the real world. Your work will span real-time software, cloud infrastructure, data platforms, simulation, and analytics, helping to power the next generation of intelligent robotic systems.
What You’ll Be Doing
-Architect, design, and implement cloud deployment pipelines using AWS CDK, CloudFormation, Lambda, and CI/CD automation
-Troubleshoot and resolve production deployment issues quickly, reliably, and calmly under pressure
-Design, build, and maintain data visualisation platforms and Python packages for robotic system debugging and analytics
-Collaborate closely with stakeholders across hardware, science, and operations to continuously iterate on system design
-Profile, tune, and optimise cloud infrastructure and overall system performance
-Maintain high engineering standards through thoughtful design reviews, fault-tolerant architectures, and operational excellence
What We’re Looking For
Essential:
-Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or equivalent practical experience
-3+ years of professional software development experience
-Strong AWS infrastructure expertise, including CDK, Lambda, CloudFormation, and automated deployment pipelines
-Proven experience delivering reliable, production-grade infrastructure
-Hands-on involvement in the architecture and design of scalable, resilient systems
-Ability to estimate accurately, deliver on time, and work independently when needed
Nice to Have:
-Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field
-Experience with multi-account AWS architectures
-Background in robotics, computer vision, machine learning, real-time systems, or embedded systems
-Experience building data pipelines, data lakes, or analytics platforms using Spark, EMR, Athena, or Grafana
-A track record of consistent delivery velocity and proactively managing technical debt
