Role Overview
We are seeking a Microsoft Entra ID Governance Consultant to support a group-level IAM transformation, migrating from SailPoint (IIQ / IdentityNow) to Microsoft Entra ID Governance. You will act as solution architect and technical authority, ensuring security, compliance, and continuity in an international environment.

Key Responsibilities
– Define the target IAM architecture in Entra ID Governance (RBAC / ABAC)
– Perform gap analysis between SailPoint and Entra capabilities
– Lead migration of JML processes, access reviews, and SoD models
– Oversee integration of SaaS and legacy applications
– Drive architecture workshops and stakeholder alignment in English

Must-Have Skills & Experience
– Strong expertise in Microsoft Entra ID / Azure AD Governance
– Proven IAM migration and leadership experience
– 5–6+ years of IAM experience
– Strong knowledge of SCIM, SAML, OIDC, REST APIs
– Experience with PowerShell / Microsoft Graph
– Fluent English

Nice to Have
– Experience with SailPoint
– Exposure to regulated environments
