Job Summary – we are seeking a Lead Electrical Engineer for a Nuclear Equipment Supplier, in response to a tender.

Job Description:
• Support the Electrical Lead Engineer in managing/coordinating the electrical engineering of projects: deliverables, deadlines, interfaces, planning, reporting, EHS compliance & nuclear safety.
• Ensure the timely delivery of engineering documents according to contractual requirements.
• Assist the electrical project manager: technical coordination, budget, planning, reporting, facilitation, document management.
• Prepare and lead project meetings, address technical feedback.
• Monitor project progress, assess cost/schedule impacts, and raise alerts in case of major risks.
• Organize design reviews, define milestones, and schedule ITNS (nuclear safety) reviews
• Required languages: Fluent French & English (spoken/written).

Main Mission Activities:
• Ensure configuration management: modifications, design consistency, CMDB, technical documentation.
• Manage requirements: contractual extraction, analysis, complete traceability throughout the project cycle.
• *** Coordinate CM/RM activities** with project, engineering, quality, and sourcing teams.
• Guarantee structured management, reliable documentation, and mitigation of configuration/requirements-related risks.

Desired Profile :
• Engineering degree in electrical engineering
• ≥ 5 years of experience in electrical engineering for power plants/industries (projects) Fluent
• French & English (spoken/written)
• Proficiency in project management tools and electrical design software
• Comfortable working in a multicultural environment
• Assets: nuclear experience, knowledge of nuclear safety processes
• Languages : fluent English required.
