Location: Toulouse, France (Hybrid – 4 days on-site)

Overview
We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Active Directory Expert & System Engineer to support a critical client engagement focused on Active Directory (AD/ADAM) environments, Disaster Recovery Planning (DRP), and system design.
This role requires a strong technical specialist capable of delivering end-to-end documentation, process design, and operational oversight within a complex enterprise environment.

Key Responsibilities
– Solution Design & DRP
– Design and document functional schemas covering processes, dependencies, and impact analysis (availability, data consistency)
– Develop step-by-step AD/ADAM Disaster Recovery procedures
– Produce comprehensive DRP checklists, including rollback strategies and validation test points
– Technical Delivery
– Work across Active Directory, ADAM/AD LDS, Azure / Entra ID environments
– Ensure alignment with client architecture, tools, and operational standards
– Maintain high-quality documentation and technical deliverables
– Reporting & Stakeholder Management
– Provide weekly status reports to internal stakeholders
– Lead progress review sessions with technical teams
= Act as a trusted partner within the client ecosystem, ensuring strong collaboration and communication

Mandatory Requirements (Non-Negotiable)
– Proven experience with Microsoft Active Directory (AD / ADAM / AD LDS)
– Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Hyper-V
– Experience with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD)

Required Experience
– 5–10 years of experience in system engineering / infrastructure roles
– Strong background in Disaster Recovery Planning (DRP) within AD environments
– Experience working in enterprise / complex IT environments

Nice to Have
– Broad system administration knowledge
– Familiarity with ITIL processes / service management
– Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Language Requirements
– Fluent English (mandatory)
– French (nice to have)
