Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced Cards Product Leader to drive portfolio growth, digital innovation, and profitability, leading end-to-end product strategy, partnerships, and large-scale transformation initiatives within the cards business.

Role and Responsibilities

• Lead cards strategy, portfolio management, and P&L optimization to drive spend, retention, and profitability
• Oversee end-to-end product lifecycle, including proposition design, pricing, and performance optimization
• Drive digital transformation, customer experience enhancements, and data-driven personalization
• Lead large-scale projects, product launches, and system migrations with strong governance
• Build strategic partnerships and lead cross-functional teams to deliver growth and innovation

Skills and Experience

• 12–15 years of experience in cards or retail banking, with leadership experience
• Strong expertise in credit card product management and portfolio growth
• Proven experience in digital banking, customer experience, and data-driven strategies
• Strong project and change management experience across large-scale initiatives
• Deep understanding of card economics, P&L management, and performance metrics
• Experience in partnerships with schemes, fintechs, and merchant ecosystems
• Knowledge of Saudi market, SAMA regulations, and payments landscape
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and team development capabilities
• Bilingual in Arabic and English (spoken and written)
• Bachelor’s degree required
