Role Summary
We are seeking a Product Manager with strong experience in merchant acquiring and payments to drive process optimization, enhance operational efficiency, and lead the rollout of innovative payment solutions within a banking or fintech environment.

Role and Responsibilities

• Analyze and optimize end-to-end merchant acquiring processes, including onboarding, settlements, and reconciliation
• Lead process re-engineering initiatives to improve efficiency, risk management, and turnaround times
• Drive implementation of new payment solutions (e.g., Soft POS, QR payments, digital onboarding platforms)
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (risk, compliance, finance, technology) to streamline workflows
• Develop KPIs, dashboards, and training materials to support performance monitoring and adoption

Skills and Experience

• 7–10+ years of experience in merchant acquiring, payments, cash management, or process optimization
• Strong understanding of payment processing, acquiring models, settlement cycles, and reconciliation
• Experience with process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, etc.)
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements (AML, KYC, PCI-DSS)
• Proven project management experience leading end-to-end initiatives
• Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills
• Experience implementing automation and digital solutions in payments environments
• Ability to manage cross-functional stakeholders and communicate effectively
• Experience working in banking or fintech environments
• Strong problem-solving skills with focus on operational efficiency
