Role Summary
We are seeking a senior loyalty and customer engagement leader to drive end-to-end strategy, enhance cardholder engagement, and deliver measurable business value through data-driven programs, stakeholder collaboration, and platform adoption.
Role and Responsibilities
• Define and execute loyalty strategy across the full customer lifecycle, driving acquisition, activation, and retention
• Lead program design including tiering, rewards, partner offers, and engagement campaigns
• Manage stakeholder relationships and act as the primary point of contact for client accounts
• Drive data-led insights, performance tracking, and optimization of engagement and ROI
• Oversee governance, business reviews, and cross-functional alignment to deliver client objectives
Skills and Experience
• 12–18 years of experience in loyalty, CRM, customer engagement, or retail banking strategy
• Proven experience designing or managing loyalty programs for cards or retail customers
• Strong understanding of card economics, lifecycle management, and engagement strategies
• Experience working in GCC / Middle East banking environments preferred
• Demonstrated success in driving platform adoption and delivering measurable business value
• Strong commercial acumen linking program performance to financial outcomes
• Advanced analytical skills with ability to translate insights into actionable strategies
• Experience managing senior stakeholders across Marketing, CRM, and Executive teams
• Familiarity with martech/fintech ecosystems, including CRM, APIs, and analytics tools
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional leadership skills
