Role Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Data & Operations Analyst to support reporting, financial reconciliation, and operational processes, leveraging advanced Excel skills to ensure data accuracy, efficiency, and effective cross-functional collaboration.

Role and Responsibilities

• Extract, clean, and analyze large datasets using Excel and internal systems
• Manage billing, payments, and reconciliation for clients, merchants, and vendors
• Provide operational and technical support for offer programs and platform setup
• Maintain documentation, SOPs, and ensure data integrity across systems
• Drive reporting improvements and collaborate with stakeholders across teams

Skills and Experience

• 3–5 years of experience in operations, reporting, or data analysis
• Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, complex formulas, reconciliation)
• Strong analytical mindset with high attention to detail
• Experience managing financial data, billing, and reconciliation processes
• Highly organized with the ability to manage repetitive tasks accurately
• Strong process improvement and administrative capabilities
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or related field
• Ability to work with large datasets and ensure data accuracy and consistency
• Strong stakeholder communication and collaboration skills
• Knowledge of Power BI, Tableau, or SQL is a plus
