Role Summary
The ServiceNow Administrator is responsible for the administration, configuration, and ongoing support of the ServiceNow platform. The role focuses on maintaining platform stability, implementing enhancements, and ensuring efficient IT service management processes across the organization.

Role and Responsibilities
• Administer, configure, and maintain the ServiceNow platform and its modules (ITSM, ITAM, CMDB, etc.)
• Manage user roles, access controls, and system security settings
• Configure workflows, forms, business rules, and service catalog items
• Support incident, problem, change, and asset management processes
• Maintain and enhance CMDB data accuracy and relationships
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot platform-related issues
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for upgrades, patches, and enhancements
• Implement system improvements and automation to optimize processes
• Provide production support and resolve platform incidents
• Maintain documentation for configurations, processes, and system changes

Skills and Experience
• Minimum 5+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Administrator
• Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITSM and CMDB modules
• Experience in configuring workflows, business rules, and UI policies
• Knowledge of ServiceNow platform architecture and best practices
• Familiarity with scripting (JavaScript, Glide) is an advantage
• Understanding of ITIL processes and service management frameworks
• Experience in platform upgrades, integrations, and release management
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CIS) are an advantage
