The Full Stack Engineer will provide technical support and integration work for AI Factory applications. They will act as the technical bridge between DDO and external vendors/agencies, troubleshooting issues, implementing integrations, and maintaining AI applications in production.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide L2 technical support for AI applications (chatbots, assistants, automation tools)
• Work with external vendors and agencies to implement and integrate AI solutions
• Troubleshoot production issues with LLM APIs, data pipelines, and application performance
• Customise and configure vendor-delivered AI solutions to organization’s requirements
• Build integrations between AI applications and enterprise systems
Key Requirements
• 5+ years full stack development experience
• Strong Python backend skills (FastAPI, Flask, or Django)
• Frontend development experience (React, Vue, or Angular)
• Experience working with external vendors and technical teams
• REST API integration and troubleshooting
