ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Administer and maintain Palo Alto Networks virtual and physical firewalls (PA-VM series) deployed across Qatar Central and West Europe Azure regions, as well as on-premises environments.
• Manage all firewall infrastructure centrally through Panorama, including device group and template stack management, policy push operations, and device registration.
• Monitor real-time system health metrics across all firewall devices including CPU, memory, disk usage, session utilization, and throughput, and take proactive remediation action when thresholds are approached.
• Monitor and maintain High Availability (HA) status across Active/Passive firewall pairs, document failover events, and perform post-failover verification and reporting.

SKILLS & EXPEIRENCE
Network Security Certifications (minimum 1 required):
• Palo Alto Networks Certified Network Security Engineer (PCNSE) [Mandatory]
• Palo Alto Networks Certified Network Security Administrator (PCNSA)

Cloud & Technology Certifications (minimum 1 required):
• Microsoft Certified: Security Operations Analyst Associate (SC-200)
• Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate (AZ-104)
• Microsoft Certified: Azure Network Engineer Associate (AZ-700)
